General (translation)

1.1 Mediation and community dialogue are central processes in building the social fabric in the community.  Processes that enable the settlement of conflicts by agreement, the creation of dialogue and the establishment of peace between groups of backgrounds
different and building a common social and community discourse.
1.2 Community mediation and dialogue center is a community service that works in cooperation with the local authority and with the variety of municipal services, with the civil organizations and with the various groups in the community.
1.3 The Department of Social Services is the initiator of the establishment of a mediation and dialogue center in the community, the leading the central one in its foundation and the main partner in its management. In the Community Mediation and Dialogue Center, groups are promoted and various communities in the local authority.
1.4 The community mediation and dialogue center team collaborates with officials from the department of social services, with an emphasis on the community social worker, relevant professionals, representatives of citizen organizations In the community, community leaders, community activists and volunteers.
