Yozmot Atid was established in order to aid in the reduction of socio-economic gaps in Israel by empowering the underprivileged and providing them with the tools necessary to establish and develop small businesses. Our organization targets entrepreneurial women from all backgrounds – Jewish, Arab, secular, ultra-Orthodox, new immigrants, Bedouin, Druze and others, and provides them with a full support package, including: the building of a business plan; long-term business support from a volunteer mentor; business training; small loans under preferential terms; and a variety of other professional services and benefits. Our programs provide high-level training and support from professional facilitators as well as from volunteer mentors, who have extensive business experience and mentorship skills. The establishment of independent small businesses allows the women and their families to live with financial stability and economic freedom.
