ALLMEP announces new Research and Policy Impact department, led by Dr. Natali Levin Schwartz

ALLMEP is delighted to announce that Dr. Natali Levin Schwartz has joined the ALLMEP team as our first ever Director of Impact and Policy Research. Natali brings a depth of experience in new research methods and subject matter expertise in theories of change, particularly focused on gender, civil society, and the role of narratives in addressing violence. In her position at ALLMEP, Natali leads research projects to enhance the field’s impact and inform ALLMEP’s practices using cutting edge data-driven approaches. As one of her first initiatives with ALLMEP, Natali collaborated with Dr. Oded Adomi Leshem to produce a report based on a series of AI-assisted community dialogues with peacebuilders in our network. More than 140 peacebuilders joined uninational sessions, and we are looking forward to presenting the results to you soon.

Natali is also mapping government funding to civil society peacebuilding initiatives, and conducting a study of monitoring, evaluation, and impact of our member organizations. And is leading an rigorous analysis of women’s participation in peacebuilding activities and peace agreements.

All of this research will help feed the peacebuilding field and diplomatic community with the insights and fresh, post October 7th data that can ensure efforts and investments reach their full potential. At a moment when the stakes– and opportunity for shaping new emerging dynamics– have never been greater. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Levin Schwartz and stay tuned for further updates about these research initiatives.
