For the second consecutive year, twenty-one Israeli organizations, including Rabbis for Human Rights, have come together to produce a joint report on “The State of the Occupation.”

The report opens with a foreword from Ziv Stahl and Avi Dabush, both victims of the October 7 Hamas attacks –  “We, who experienced the terror and the loss, are more convinced than ever of the necessity and the urgency of not giving in to despair.”

All 21 human rights organizations are committed to changing the grim reality detailed in this report. We call for an immediate ceasefire and the release of all hostages.
