The Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP) is an exciting new coalition of 57 non-governmental organizations (NGOs), who promote people-to-people coexistence between Arabs and Jews, Israelis and Palestinians in the Middle East. Through ALLMEP, Americans from diverse religious, ethnic, and political backgrounds can finally join together in support of real efforts to build lasting peace in the region.

Congress Adopts ALLMEP Proposal, Dedicates $9 Million for People-to-People Projects in the Middle East
Washington, DC, Dec. 24 -- With a final vote of approval in the House of Representatives last week, Congress passed a massive omnibus spending bill for the federal government that included $9 million in funding for people-to-people coexistence and reconciliation activities aimed at building grassroots support for peace between Israelis and Palestinians, Arabs and Jews in the Middle East.
